Overview:
A FTSE top 250 company, Serco is a global provider of public services, managing over 500 contracts worldwide and employing over 50,000 people. Several years in the making, the global marketing team needed specialist expertise to produce content for the new website.
Solution:
I worked closely with the global team on the information architecture, internal information gathering and then copywriting the website content. My brief was to ensure a local focus but with a consistent global tone of voice across five geographical sites, six business areas and over 50 services.
